Can't give this better than 1* as I still haven't received it

Ordered this product from Nanoleaf as part of a large install for a Christmas gift on the 6th of December. Nanoleaf have asked me to review the product on the 9th of January and my review has to be 1* because they still haven't actually delivered the order to me. I've contacted their support numerous times in the intervening month to be told every time that "the warehouse team" will get back to me ASAP. Not once have they done so, and I'm still without the product I ordered and paid for.
