Warranty replacement

Sorry i have to give a lower score. Item arrive DOA and Due to, it took more than a month to deliver the replacement item and a series of email asking where is the item will be deliver. One thing is also the ticket can be close even the issue was not resolve.

Dont get me wrong , i love the product and its awesome still will buy the new realise muticolor light strip soon.
