For optimal performance, do not use both 24W and 75W power supplies in the same Nanoleaf Canvas system. The case of the missing PSU's

Ordered and payed for 4 units of 24W PSU for Nanoleaf Canvas, 60 days later still waiting for those to reach my Canvas wall :(
Customer service was not only useless but also obnoxious and rude with no help offered to resolve customs clearance issues due to the order being incorrectly reported with a value of $20 000 when the order was less than $200 including Shipping.
I own 98 Canvas panels, but my last interaction with Nanoleaf the company means I will not reach my goal of filling my entire wall :(
