Customer support sucks and device stopped working (Disappointed)
This was a replacement piece and it stopped working after 3-4 days again. The support is very slow and I hope you improve on your support. It’s been 3 months that I placed nano leaf lights in my home office, but I’m unable to use it properly due to lack of support from Nano leaf team.

Terrible service and support teams does not know anything about their product. I managed to fix it myself without their support.
