When my daughter's Nanoleaf stopped responding she was devastated. Her frown was quickly turned upside-down when we found out Nanoleaf would replace the faulty controller free of charge. It's now back up and working, thanks for making customer support the way it should be. Guess what''s on her Christmas list again this year...
Was there tracking on this item as i didn’t know it had “arrived” yet
The controller for my shapes had died again. We got the new one quickly and set up. Thanks very much. Let’s hope it won’t break again.
